We had a horrible experience the last time we went to the Pizza Ranch, so we thought we might try again last night. To our dismay it was not a good experience again. We arrived about 5:15 and there was not any fresh food. NO chicken, pizza's were cold in looks, cheese was hard, Salad bar looked unattended. We were told they had a rush, I would think at 5:00, dinner time they would have prepared for a dinner crowd a bit better. Again very disappointed in the cleanliness as well. There was pop spilled on the floor and not one employee took the time to mop it up. Sad this place has gone down hill since the original owners. We have spent many family dinners together there but that will no longer be happening. One good thing is they did refund our purchase and we found another establishment for our dinner.

WHERE'S THE COOKIE?! First off, let me say I've been to numerous Pizza Ranch locations and have left reviews for most of them to remember if they're worth revisiting, so I'm comparing this one with others. This is my local Pizza Ranch so I've visited this location more times than any other location because it's conveniently close to home but I haven't left a review yet. I'm giving five stars because of the fact it's endless comfort food. The price is pretty average for Pizza Ranch, $17.50 after tax for lunch. The size of the buffet itself is smaller than most other locations but there's no arcade so probably fewer birthday parties for kids to accommodate, not a big deal at all, they're usually attentive and keep it stocked. However, this is the ONLY Pizza Ranch I've been to that never has the chocolate chip cookie on the buffet. I've easily been here dozens of times and have only seen a single slice of it and I'm guessing that was a cancelled pickup order. Why on earth are they bogarting the cookies? Now, you may be sitting there saying "well with buffet your way you can request the cookie" but no one should need to request the cookie. The cookie comes standard at literally all o

Paid $57 for a half filled buffet. My daughter is eating ice cream with a fork because no spoons are available. My wife never got her potatoes and gravy. Update: Responded to response and GM offered 15% off my next buffet. So I only have to pay 85% of full price for a 50% filled buffet. Never again. 2 stars have now become 1. Build a business on principals and not shady tactics. Serve what is advertised. A picture is worth a thousand words. Here is 4.

Pizza Ranch is a great place with lots of very good food. It was very clean and pleasant. They play beautiful Christian music which is very relaxing. They treat their customers well and I will definitely be back 👍‼️

This was My 1st Time Here. I Have Heard Many Good Things.... All True! So We Did the Pizza Dinner Buffet. The Cost Was Very Reasonable and I Was Suprised the Buffet Came with a Drink!! 🙌🙌 The Staff Was Awesome. All of the Pizza on the Buffet Had Meat on it and a Staff Member Heard Me Lookibg for Veggie Pizza and Said " I Can Go Put in for a Veggie Pizza Now." 👏👏🙌🙌 I Was Soo Happy and Suprised!!🥰🥰 So I Started Out with This Fried Chicken I've Heard Soo Much About. Oh Yaass!! The Chicken Did Not Dissapoint! 🍗🍗 Nice Crunchy Flavorful Skin with Tender Chicken Inside. 😋😋😋 With Else Was Delicious as Well. And I Will Say They Kept Bringing Put Freshly Made Food for the Buffet the Whole Time We Were There!! We Will Definately Be Back!! And Good News!! They Just Extended Thier Hours Tuesday thru Saturday They Are Open Until 8pm. 😊👍 P.S. The Bathroom Was Nice and Clean. 😉
